27yrs old (28 next month!) 5’5” 164 lbs I gained almost 20lbs in 6 months.  That is not healthy and it was all stress related (not sure whether I will get into that on here but we’ll see). I’ve always run to keep healthy but the farthest amount I’ve run is about 10 miles.  So can I run 26.2 miles in October?  Why not?

Let's try this again....
Inspired by all the weight loss blogs out there, I’m going to give this another try. I am blogging everything I eat, drink and exercise. My goal for 2010 is to run a marathon.
