I gained almost 20lbs in 6 months.  That is not healthy and it was all stress related (not sure whether I will get into that on here but we’ll see).

I’ve always run to keep healthy but the farthest amount I’ve run is about 10 miles.  So can I run 26.2 miles in October?  Why not?

Let’s try this again….

Inspired by all the weight loss blogs out there, I’m going to give this another try. I am blogging everything I eat, drink and exercise. My goal for 2010 is to run a marathon. I’m thinking Chicago in October that way I can train all Summer. I need to lose 20 lbs before I start training. Here goes… Everything I’m packing for work today: Breakfast - Coffee w/ stevia and milk Oatmeal w/ banana and a sprinkle of walnuts Lunch - Wolfgang puck soup (I need to start cooking more), w/ extra spinach thrown in, arnold sandwich thin w/ a laughing cow cheese. Snack greek yogurt w/ raspberries and a handful of kashi honey sunshine Gym for a 20min run and BODYPUMP (love this class, I hope it’s not too crowded!) Dinner (I’ll blog later). Wish me luck!
